 With all ProMaster City vans, a 2.4-liter four-cylinder lives under the hood. It generates 178 horsepower and 174 lb-ft of torque and is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. All the power is sent to the front wheels, which makes the ProMaster more fuel efficient. The ProMaster also has an impressive payload capability of up to 1,890 pounds and can tow up to 2,000 pounds. At 21 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway, the ProMaster City achieves great fuel economy for a van. 

Connectivity and Cargo

Standard in the 2022 RAM ProMaster City, is a four-speaker sound system which features an auxiliary input jack and a 5.0-inch touchscreen display. Bluetooth phone and streaming audio are also standard on all models. There are optional features that include navigation, and SiriusXM satellite radio. A heated seats and power mirror package is also available with heated front seats, and adjustable power mirrors. Cargo space in the ProMaster Cargo Van is 131.7 cubic feet, and 40.8 inches of legroom behind the first row in the Wagon. 

Trims and Features

Two different models are available for the 2022 RAM ProMaster City,the Cargo Van and the Passenger Van. The Cargo Van comes with two front seats with ample freight space in the rear, while the Passenger Van comes with five seats with windows for rear passengers. Both trims have dual sliding doors, daytime running lights, and rear barn style doors. The driving dynamics of either of these trims make it fun and easy to maneuver through the city, and even easier to park for a commercial van.

The 2022 ProMaster City comes equipped with seven standard airbags throughout the cabin, along with Parkview Rear Back Up Cameras, and ParkSense Rear Park Assist. These cameras and sophisticated software help to keep you in control. The ProMaster also has 12-inch front disc brakes which feature a large pad-to-disc area providing amazing durability and performance.
